No Going Back

I just watched Katy Perry and Juicy J's video Dark Horse. I really dug the colorful hip hop ancient egypt world they created.
Such mystical, so color, many vibrant, such high tops, wow #doge

Like, check out these nails:

And these blue guys:

I'm not even an ankle bracelet kind of girl, but I really want this gold snake ankle bracelet. I'd totally wear it to the nude beach.
(yup, I've been hanging out there)

I love the outfits too, especially this first dress:

I wish this one was a full dress not a skirt n' top

Here's the video if you haven't seen it:

Macrocosm!

Lots of images below!
It launched last week or so. I've been so busy making veggie desserts and writing my business plan that I spaced on posting about it! I also had my Krav Maga testing so I can belt up to level 3. The testing process is so brutal, I call it the 4 hour fist fight. I've been recovering from it all week. But, that's one of my favorite things about Krav, they don't give belts away. You earn your way up with blood, sweat, and sometimes tears.

This is the first collection I've launched that has all 3 size options. It comes in a bunch of different colorways, has alternative colorway options for the supporting prints and varies from the odd n' creepy to the soft n' sweet.

Flourless Chocolate "Bread" Pudding

I made this beast by total accident.
Best f*#k up ever :)

Low glycemic, gluten free, no refined sugar, veggie dessert

They were supposed to be paleo brownies. But, after I had already begun making them, I realized I was missing some of the ingredients. So I improvised.

2 cups diced zucchini
(yes zucchini, finally a way to eat that vegetable)
1 egg
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 of a can coconut milk
1 scoop stevia
chopped Simply Lite dark chocolate bar (no sugar added)
Be careful with this chocolate bar. It's sweetened with Maltitol, a sugar alcohol, that in larger doses can cause a "laxative effect." So don't go eating the whole pan of "bread" pudding just because it's full of zucchini and tastes crazy good!

To bake just
preheat the oven to 350
throw all ingredients into a blender
 blend like hell
 pour into a greased pan
bake for 40ish minutes.

Once they've cooled you can dive in, they may be a bit crumbly. I threw mine into the fridge for a few hours and could easily cut them into bars after.

Enjoy!
