I've finally concocted the best breakfast shake evar.
I prefer it to eggs and bacon, no joke.
It has no sugar added, is high in protein, vegan and gluten free!
Due to a health condition, I have some serious diet restrictions. I have to avoid refined sugar, excess salt, alcohol, caffeine and gluten. So, having a really solid delicious breakfast, that's quick to make, was something I was in desperate need of, until now.
